I used their customizer to good results.  But, it does not take into account
panniers, and it is also the manufacturers published weight they are using.
These numbers are usually alittle optimistic.

I saw that one poster went to a racetech certified
mechanic, but there isn't a 'racetech center' close to
me and I need a rainy-day winter project anyway. =)
