Personally, I *don't* want to ride my bike on a race track. Tracks seem to be made for much higher speeds than I'm interested in. I have zero interest in doing 140+mph on a straight, or 100+mph sweepers.

I like twisties/sweepers on good clean road with good sightlines (a rare thing where I live). I have no need to go faster than 70 mph. I'd be a very slow moving obstacle on a race track. Relaxed, but sporty (not hard-core sport), riding is my bag.

The idea of 11 miles of nice road with 300+ turns is very appealing. Show me a long closed course loop with lots of tight turns and a top speed of maybe 100 mph and I'd be very interested.

Getting a ticket for doing 55/65 in a 35/45mph zone is what I want to avoid (besides traffic, dead animals, gravel, potholes). Big bucks, lots of points, loss of license, insurance goes way up. And chances are, most people on this list ride at least that fast.
