Re: [ST] RS not turning over



Most of the time even new batteries need charging.  Try that.  The 
clicking is characteristic.  To confirm, hook a volt meter to the 
battery and read voltage with the key on and then with the starter 
button pushed.  You need 10 or more volts while cranking.
