The Triumph (BMW/John Deere) plug is 12V.
If by "regular outlet" you mean a cigarette lighter plug, that is easy. I don't
recall the going price for Triumph-to-Cigarette cord, but you can make one
easy. The Cigarette lighter end is only $3-4 at any auto parts store. The
Triumph plug will cost more.
