Check e-bay and the classifieds at t595.net.  The Sprints use the same disks
as T595 Daytona, 955i Daytona(pre '02), and Speed Triple.  TT600 might work
too, I don't know.  I got a T595 wheel off ebay with disks on, works fine.

Are you sure it's not just the "buttons" that are shot?  If so, you might
ask if there is a button replacement kit.  BMW has one for their setup.  It
might be more labor intensive, but $$ cheaper than a whole disk set.
