You probably also want to consider avoiding the "leafers". I've seen some
HUGE traffic jams on normally empty roads in upstate NY when the leaves are
changing (peak foliage weekend). Not sure how crazy people are about driving
20MPH looking at leaves in WV/OH/whereever.
