RE: [ST] Low speed surging

Hi Paul.

I've missed the start of this thread, so excuse me if I rehash anything
anyone else said.

I had this symptom on my '02 ST. It was very hard to ride smoothly in heavy
traffic, or to exit low speed corners with just a little acceleration.

I just had a factory Carbon can put on with the relevant tune, and the
problem is gone gone gone! It's fabulous at slow speed now. I can exit wet
slippery roundabouts smoothly with no surging.

Hope this helps,

Ian

Brian - Don't think you understood. The slight surging I'm talking about is
in low gear at low speeds, low rpms in heavy traffic. Kinda of hard to do
5000 rpms at 5 mph. I'm going to assume it's probably pretty normal. Once
I push the rpms up, no problem.

Paul.
