Elementary my dear Watson.  But of course, in the lag time it takes my posts 
to show up someone else will have solved the puzzle  :D
i am posting this at 6:23 pm CST........

If you will note, the "signs" assigned to each number change with every new 
round, ex. 14 will have a different sign every time.  Now, the "signs" for 
every number that is a multiple of "9" will have the same 
sign..................hmmmmmm, getting interesting, and guess what?????  
EVERY 2 digit number when added together and then subtracted from the 
original 2 digit number is ALWAYS a number divisible by "9"

Check it out..........

Seeeee?????  It's elementary.......
