[ST] GenMar set screws

the lower part of the bars. These have an amazing tendecy to
loosen.........

BTW, if you hear a pop when rolling the bike and applying the front brake
check these screws. I looked everywhere last year and finally noticed the
left bar was slightly moving and found that set screw lose. I tightened
with LocTite and the pop went away.
