[ST] Chain cleaning

OK, I wipe the chain with WD40 and then spray with Chain Wax immediately
after riding with very good results.
I've seen lots of replies on the drive chain but none on the cam chain.
What is everybody doing to keep the cam chain clean?
Every time I've opened any engine up it's always covered in oil :-)
