[ST] soft topboxes (?), and tank bag lite

this thread reminds me - i am corresponding with Linda's Bags about a
shorter tankbag for the factory mount - for those "light" days...

my goal is a bag about 4" high that fastens on the Triumph mount and has
at least the Velcro for the map pocket.

is anyone else interested?
