[ST] push starts; how-to

To push start a motorcycle, put it in second gear, push it as fast as 
you can. Leap on the seat and as you're coming down, pop the clutch, 
then jump off and keep pushing if it didn't light off right away. Once 
the wheel is turning it doesn't need the extra traction. When it starts, 
pull in the clutch and keep it running. With two guys, one is the pusher 
and when the speed is good, the rider bounces on the seat as he pops the 
clutch.
