Jean,
Sorry.  My lowering experience was with a Trophy.  I installed
the shorter side stand from an earlier T-3.  Ya know the bikes I
mean.  On the side stand, they look like they're about to fall
over.

You may want to check other bikes for similar but shorter stands
which might work.
