I would say there's no need to change the bushings unless you've reason to
believe that the originals are shot.
It's extra expence and extra work that's unlikely to make a dramatic
difference.

As has been said, you'll be able to see if the dust seals are damaged and in
need of replacement. The OE items seem very durable though so it's unlikely
you'll need to replace them.

It may be worth replacing the fork seals while you have the forks apart.
That depends on how much milage you have on your machine. If there's any
sign of the OE units leaking or you have more than 10'000 miles on them then
I'd say change them while you're in there just to save you having to strip
the forks again in the near future.
