RE: [ST] front axle bolt size?

Hey Bil,

My 2001 takes a standard in the realm of a 12mm socket for removal of front
calipers. No torx, no allen. 

There is an SAE standard allen socket size for the 2000+ models that fits
like a glove. If I remember tonight, I'll look on the one I bought when I
changed my tires and get that to you, otherwise, someone else on the list
might remember.

I would venture a guess that 1999-2001 models will all have the same torque
measurements for the fittings, as they all have the same shop manual. The
2002 and later models use a different shop manual, so the measurements may
be different for some odds and ends.
