[ST] heli bars,questions.

G'day.a couple of questions regarding the heli bar adapters.
Someone(Rick I think) put on a set of secondhand bars using the heli
adapters.
Where did you mount the brake reservoir ???as on the 02 it is bolted on the
inside end of the handlebar.
What if anything did you do about bar end wieghts? can you use the existing
stock item? how do the bits come out of the stock bars?
