[ST] ATF cleanup?

Well, we got the fork seal fixed, but the engine and inside of the fairing
is still covered in spooge (Geoff managed to get the outside cleaned up).

It's sticky, which makes me believe that they used ATF when they rebuilt
the forks the last time.

Simple Green doesn't cut it. 

Any suggestions on how to clean things up??
