[ST] fuel fitting threads are BSP

I was told by Team Triumph that the threads on the gray 90 degree elbow are
1/4" BSP. He also said that when was putting together the metal fuel fitting
kits he tried to source a replacement for that one but it proved to be too
difficult. Since they rarely break (just leak) he stopped looking.
