Hi All,
Anyone put Race Tech Cartridge Emulators on an '02 or '03 ST?   I looked at
their site and they list up to '01 for a 900 ST.   I think the '01 forks are
the same but you can't ever be too sure.

Is there anyone else that I should be looking at for fork mods?

I refused to pick up my '02 until this mod was completed.  It's wonderful.
Nothing has changed in the forks, so everything they recommend will work.
Go thru their setup guide, be honest, and you'll have the right starting
point.  Emulators, stiffer springs and heavier oil is all you need
installed.
