Yup, no extra charge for the panniers, just for the top box.  They do have
to get them delivered though...hopefully they will arrive tomorrow, so I can
pick her up for a weekend of perfect riding weather. :)

The dealership didn't even try to pawn it off as if they were giving me a
great deal to get the panniers.  Pretty straight-up bunch of guys, nice to
talk to.
