Despite their prolific advertising, I've never been impressed with 
them.  Each time I've called them, they've offered me outrageous rates 
of between $1,000 and $3,000 per year on my Y2K ST.  This is with no 
accidents.  It must be a combination of my being a single male and 
living in urban areas...
