Eric,

If the Galena Raid is anything like the three RAT raids I've attended in the 
Texas Hill Country, I wouldn't sweat it.  They tend to be pretty loose 
affairs, in fact I don't think I've ever even shown my RAT card at any 
of'em.  Just take your old card with you "in case" and explain the 
situation.  Show up, pay your money at the door and have fun!  They are all 
a good group of guys, even if a little bit disorganized.  :)
