Don't forget those are 6000 Canadian dollars, so actual worth in Yankee
greenbacks is what, $4100? $4300 ? Does that sound better?
Here's a few local prices (Canadian$) for comparison:
A new '03 ST here is $14,999.
'01 ST, 26k kms, $11,200
'00 ST with Hardbags running $9,200
'99 ST, 17k kms @ $10k
'00 VFR800, 24k kms, $8,300
'98 VFR800 47k kms, $7,900
'97 VFR750, 50k kms, &7200
Re the dealer situation: There are 3 major Triumph dealers within fairly
easy access, so don't really think that's too much of a problem. (famous
last words!)
Any specifics on "the recall work"?
I'd check through the archives for a bunch of this info, but I guess they're
no longer searchable.
