[ST] Used ST or RS

Craig:
I am a '00 Blue ST owner. I bought the bike new in late Nov '99 and have been riding in all temps and climes. The ST is ROCK SOLID. No issues witt it at all. Starts when I push the button, goes like hell when I twist the throttle, stops like all get-out when I hit the brakes. The bike is a genuine VFR killer! I have 28.8 K miles on the clock and am completely satisfied.
I recommend that you purchase an ST versus an RS because of the larger, better protection of the ST bodywork. When it gets cool to cold or rainy, you'll want the larger fairing. Besides, the single sided swingarm of the ST is trick, and aids in the easy removal of the rear wheel and adjustment of the chain is a snap!
