I found a universal oil filter removal wrench at the autoparts store.
Snaps onto a ratchet driver and has three "fingers" that "open up" to get
around the filter, then when you turn it in the loosen direction it
"tightens up" so you can turn it.
I've never used a wrench to put a filter on.
