Re: bc800 install(Re: [ST] Re: top speed in X gear)



I've got to jump in here...

Sorry this is so late in the conversation, but I've got a Sigma computer
installed on my bike, using the front wheel, with nothing more than the
standard kit (what came with the computer), a little more wire, and a
bicycle wheel spoke.  The owner of the shop where I bought the computer has
a BMW (motorcycle) and has the same setup.  He gave me a bicycle spoke and
bent it in a certain way so one end 'wraps' through the pickup, and the
other end I bent around a caliper bolt to secure it.  Works great.  I could
take some pictures and send them if someone could remind me how...  :)

FYI my speedo is WAY off, but my odometer is spot on.  Like they purposely
made to speedo optimistic.  I hate that.
