RE: [ST] Throttlemeister & heated grips

Don't need the friction sleeve - I think I used two washers (but that's easy
- - install the washers check to make sure it works properly locked and
unlocked, and adjust from there)

Subject: [ST] Throttlemeister & heated grips

I know there was just a discussion on installing a Throttlemeister with
heated grips, sorry for bring it up again. Thought I saved the info but
can't find it. I got impatient getting mine setup right.

Do you need the friction sleeve with the heated grips? My grips didn't want
to peel back very easily. How many of the shims are needed? I'd appreciate
any feedback, email me offline if you don't want to bring this back into the
list.

Thanks,
Ira

BTW, I'm going to Keith Code's school this week at Texas World Speedway and
will let y'all know my take on it.
