 Garry,
No question this would be an easy parts-bin exercise for Triumph.
The rub would be cost. Triumph has higher per unit costs due to
their relatively low volume production and [likely] higher labor
costs than some competitors. That said, I see no reason why
Triumph couldn't make engine &/or suspension upgrade kits
available for a reasonable cost, perhaps on an exchange basis
like they do for appearance kits on some models. If the
percentage of riders popping for upgraded fork components is an
indicator, it would likely be lucrative. How many Harleys make
it out the dealer's door without some modifications?

Personally, I'm not interested in increased engine performance.
For me, even my '01 has 'enough', though I certainly don't want
an engine with less midrange torque. But I'd step up to fully
adjustable suspension in a heartbeat! Any thoughts on whether
the TBS's fully adjustable cartridge forks would fit on the
ST/RS?
