On textile suits, I would recommend you check out the Tourmaster Cortec 
series.  i have the Cortec Jacket for really cold/wet/crappy weather and it 
is a champ.  I hear the pants are just as good, although i don't have those, 
yet.  I mainly rotate between leathers (First Gear vented Jacket/Technic 
Thunder pants) and Phoenix gear.
