not the 02 kaliforneeah models.  I have a 49 state model, and have had 
no end of "bugger all" moments in the garage after fetching parts from 
my parts source only to find that they flat out don't fit (these moments 
always occure during dealer's non open hours.  The 02 CA model uses the 
smaller airbox and has a different valve cover gasket..  which leads me 
to believe the CA model has the old head.

hrm.  my 02 has the pass flicker switch.
