[ST] Reverse the Shift Pattern

OK.  Here's an ignorant question.  To reverse the shift pattern from Standard1 DN - N,2,3,4,5,6 UP 
to 1UP - N,2,3,4,5,6 DN on my Sprint RS, is all I have to do is Flip the linkage on the shifter 180 degrees?

I need to do this now and I'm hoping there's nothing special I need.
