Yep, agree, and I know about all that stuff. What I was looking at here
was a deal on an AMD 2600+ for around $50, to upgrade the gaming system
that had an AMD 1800+ on an Asus A7N8X Deluxe w/1Gb ram and an nVidia
Quadro 900 XGL 128mb card. Only had it in for a few mins but seems
smoother on the frame rate so far.
Thanks tons to all that helped with AMD cpu info, and to those building
systems they are pretty darned good cpu's it seems to me!
