RE: [ST] PANNIER FELL OFF

When I had a Trophy there were similar complaints on that list.  One person
drilled holes somehow through the lock and latch somehow to insert pins.  I
think he posted pics.  It was a while ago so I am not sure if it would still
be in the archives.  I try and have a look and if I find it I will post it.
