RE: [ST] blue ridge fines

All's fair in Love and War.  Like the article said, some of the violators are very good riders and can do it at high speed.  But it could ruin everyone's experience if someone gets in the way as a rider comes screaming around a corner.  Neither individual is expecting one another.

I know I wouldn't want to come flying around a corner to see someone or something in my way.  At those speeds there is very little time to react and bad things happen.

Solution: We need more race tracks and more track time ;)
