I ride 5 days a week to/from work/school (approx 50km a day) plus any
detours, rain hail or shine (no snow down here *grin* )
plus weekends i will clock an avg of 200-300km visiting friends and just
going for rides along with my g/f who is on a suzuki across. rides are
typically 400-600km whilst the visiting friends is less (she also
commutes daily although she does more like 10km a day during the week)

no weekend warriors in this household :)
