RE: [ST] How often do you ride?

Since I moved to within a quarter mile of my office my riding time has
diminished considerably. I used to commute consistently from April to
October. I'm a wuss and refuse to ride in conditions that could produce
black ice, you would too if you saw some of the bridges that I used to have
to cross on the way to work. I used to log between 6 and 7k a year, now
that's down to 2 to 3. The only time I get on my bike now is to take a fun
ride and on rare occasions when I have an out of office excursion that
permits its use. It makes me sad that I don't get to spend as much time on
the RS as I used to but my living situation will change in a year or so and
I'll probably be back to commuting to work so there's hope. Who'd ever
thought that someone would be wishing for a commute just so they could ride
again?

Not sure what this has to do w/ anything but I work out 3 to 4 days a week
and still am not in shape.

Speak for yourself. I ride five days a week as long as
it is not snowy or icy or I'm at sea or on duty. I work
out three days a week and am fit.
