As Al said you do see them on EBAY. I scored a three bag set for $500.
One of the panniers has light scratching.

I believe Givi did make a kit for the bike but no longer do. I saw one
on EBAY once. With this setup you do not need to lower the exhaust to
mount the panniers.

This company used to make a GIVI adaptor but I am not sure they still do
