Another misconception recognisable by the fact that its on CNN. This will only
escalate the premium insurance costs for SUV in the States, which are already
at a high. If some dumb ass car full of people want to kill themselves by mot
wearing a seat belt that should not be a problem. Ive seen the appalling
quality of driving stateside.  But hay this is the states, the blame culture
can always find you a way out. Add to this the very very poor road holding of
American cars in general and Im not surprised.
