I'm rather behind in my e-mails, but in response to Don's note:

  All right now I know that I'm not the only one out there that does all my
own
maintenance. I almost choked when I was informed that the purchase price
for
valve shims for my '03 ST are......$26 EACH.

You must change dealers - mine charged me $3.00 per shim.
