I've done this a couple of times on my 2000 ST. Dunno if I've done it right
but...

The radiator cap and bleed screw are on the left front, above the radiator.
You can get to them if you take the left top fairing off. It's the same side
of the bike as the coolant drain screw is on.

I took the left bottom fairing off too when draining the coolant.

The bleeder screw is to the left of the radiator cap.

I didn't do any siphoning.
