Oxygen isn't flammable. If you've ever seen an oxygen tank, you'll see 
that the placard clearly labeled as a non-flammable gas.

That doesn't mean you want to be injecting pure oxygen into a fire. 
(just ask the idiots who smoke while they are breathing from an oxygen 
tank)
