RE: [ST] New Engine

It's the 'in isolation' bit that is critical. While H stays in the
balloon it's safe. As soon as it punctures, VERY dangerous 'cos of all
the O2 around.

Combustion is basically merging an element(s) with oxygen, usually by
burning it. So most things that burn in air (20% O2) burn violently in
higher percentages of O2.

I don't know, but I'd call a blimp (balloon) isolation. An as far as
O2 goes, why have I seen signs like no smoking oxygen in use? And at
the end of one of the Halloween movies they blew up Michael Myers up in
a hospital by opening the O2 valves and tossing a lighter.
