[ST] givi topcase

I'm looking to get a givi topcase for commuting to work (The panniers 
are too much of a bother to use everyday).

Does anyone one know where to get a good deal on givi? I went to their 
website but the prices, especially for the mounting hardware, are too 
expensive.

Does anyone have a triumph rack for a 2003 that they are willing to 
part with?
