Greetings Ira,
 The outside diameter of the Triumph tool(3880080-T0301) where it is  used 
for the seal/dust seal installation is 54.53mm. The inside diameter is  43.4mm 
and is stepped out to a diameter of 48.25mm the last 5.8mm .
