[ST] Heated Grips Wiring

The blue wire should be hot (+12v) and go in the middle. I put together
a quick-release connector on mine.
But my grips stopped working about three weeks ago (just in time for it
to get cold - for LA).
The relay went bad once before, so I went to the auto parts store and
bought a honking 40a SPST relay and replaced it. No joy.no power to any
of the leads.
So I started tracing the wiring back into the harness - what a mare's
nest.
My manual doesn't have a diagram for the heated grips (just a plus
serving them). Does anyone have a diagram they could shoot a picture of
or fax me?
It'd be much appreciated.
