Mine went up from £335 to just under £600!! Filling in my details on the 
same company's web site reduced the premium by almost £200. That company 
was Bennetts. (http://www.bennetts.co.uk/)

I'm now insured through Triumph Rider Insurance. I'm hoping to head into 
Europe this year, and the comprehensive cover from them included 
comprehensive cover in Europe - other comprehensive policies only give 3rd 
party cover outside the UK.
