Richard,
Here is something to keep in mind and you might want to call whomever
you take it to before hand. I was quoted $76 by the service rep when I
called. He said it would take about 15 minutes and I made an appointment
to get it done on my lunch hour. I rode the bike over to the shop and
when I got there the mechanic said the engine had to be cold to load the
tune. Luckly for me the shop had loaner bikes, so I rode this black RS
back to work and picked it up after work. The loaner RS that they gave
me was stolen a couple of weeks later, seem they had loaned it to a
customer, he had something bungie corded to the back and it blew off
while he was riding. He stopped and walked back and down a small hill to
get whatever blew off, he left the keys in the bike, and when he got
back someone had jumped on it and rode away.
