[ST] for James - canyon dancer (& other) loops

    It's chancy to just put the hook through the loop,... a good bump
can bounce the hook out of the loop (don't ask).  It takes only a
moment to run the loop through the eye of the hook and back over the
hook.  When the tiedown is then tightened, there's no way the tiedown
can separate from the loop.  Saves you going back down the road
trying to find the bike.
