Denis,

As for the exhaust, I don't have any knowledge.  Me thinks it's a personal
preference thing.  My dealer recommends Two Brothers for the Triumphs.

I don't think the K&N air filter will buy you anything except a
cleanable/resuable filter.  I've been told me Triumph dealer as well as my
local shop that the OEM air filter looks to be the same quality as the K&N.
If I wanted they'd out one in but said it probably won't make a difference.
