You'd be losing money.
Check lap times at any track they keep records. The one around the corner
from me (Road Atlanta) shows even the mildest of performance cars in races
there can do Road Atlanta in the 1:10-1:15 range.
AMA Superbike and Formula Extreme times there are _very_ good to get down
to 1:20-1:23 range.
Not a difference that can be chalked up to "..cars can just push harder" or
bike riders "..not trying as hard". That's on the order of 5%-10% faster.
An eternity when it comes to lap times.
Cars win. Not as fun. But they'll have you losing your money. :-)
